Pure Power - 10 Week Series with Ali Khaleghi [sold out]
Pure Power is a small-group series designed to develop the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift; pivotal exercises for growing and maintaining strength. Capped at only 6 participants, the semi-private environment encourages detail-oriented workouts. You can build confidence, refine your technique, and push yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Optional test and re-test dates allow participants to witness tangible results and experience a block of periodized training.
