The Glute Method is a 10-week, small-group training experience designed to build glute strength, size, and authority through foundational movement patterns, precise activation, and intentional progressive overload.

Led by Coach Cat & Coach Kelly, this workshop lives at the intersection of aesthetics and performance—where strong movement meets sculptural results. Every rep is purposeful. Every load is earned. Nothing is accidental.

With only 10–12 people, the room stays intimate and the coaching stays intentional. Two coaches. Thoughtful progressions. Real-time feedback. We build the foundation first—the kind of strength you can trust—then the shelf follows naturally.
